About the Exhibition
This exhibition presents the world of artist and illustrator Chicaco Toya, known for her distinctive style—vivid colors layered with a lingering sense of charm and warmth.
Titled “From Echo to Voice,” this exhibition features new works from the “Loving Masterpiece” series, inspired by animals × Western masterpieces, along with new auspicious works such as Maneki-neko.
The title reflects the idea of receiving the enduring echoes of Western classical paintings and traditional symbols of good fortune—motifs that resonate across time and cultures—and transforming them into Toya’s own voice.
In addition to new works, recent pieces and related goods will also be available.
